Billing Term Condition

All services are subject to Genuine Leather Works specifications, and policies. Genuine Leather Works holds the discretionary powers to modify, change, or collapse any services, as it might deem necessary. Visitors thereby are recommended to read out the Billing Terms & Conditions periodically, to keep up with any changes, or modifications in the policy.

Privacy Of Payments

To make sure the practice of the best privacy for payments, we offer acceptance from multiple payment options. The payment processor where the clients put their billing information uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is indicated in the domain as “https://”. Therefore, we assure that there is no issue at all with the privacy of payment process and billing information.

Payment Process

Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, and other charges, and shall pay all costs. Process All work will be immediately stopped in case of missing payment. The customer bears the responsibility to provide alternative payment within a week of getting notified of missing payment. In any case of failure, all services and account related to the customer will be canceled with immediate effect.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their contract within 24 hours of received payment, without any cause. All cancellation mails should be directed towards genuineleatherworks@gmail.com or over the phone numbers provided on the website. Customers are only entitled to full reimbursement of payment; provided they cancel their contract within 24 hours. After this period, there will be no refund for the cancelled project. Genuine Leather Works holds the discretionary powers to modify, or change the Terms or Use, services, or Campaigns at any time they deem necessary. Customers will be notified for the changes through a one-week Change Notice.

Prohibited Uses:

The customer isn’t entitled to authorize, engage, or advertise any fraudulent, or illegal business practices. The customers are expected to obey all national, and international laws, and codes of conduct.
